Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Due to hygiene reasons, hijab pins, magnets, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [info@janabijems.com].
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it to confirm availability. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received in its original condition.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship all orders from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the service selected.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1–3 business days
   

• UK Tracked Delivery: 1–2 business days
   

• Europe: 5–10 business days
   

• International (outside Europe): 7–14 business days

Order Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping option, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly via Royal Mail or your local postal service.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most international destinations.
However, we are not responsible for delays, duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at [info@janabijems.com] — we’ll assist you in filing a claim with Royal Mail and do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
