Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Due to hygiene reasons, hijab pins, magnets, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [info@janabijems.com].
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is verified.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it to confirm availability. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received in its original condition.

We ship all orders from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and the service selected.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
